2 Big Rigs Involved In Accident On LBJ Freeway

GARLAND (CBSDFW.COM) - An accident on LBJ Freeway in Garland Tuesday morning sent two 18-wheelers into a ditch.

The accident happened just before 7 a.m. in the eastbound lanes near Garland Road.

Police say one big rig lost control and hit the HOV wall and then flipped. The second one then crashed.

There were no serious injuries.

Several lanes of the freeway were closed while police investigated and worked to free the big rigs.
