18-Year-Old Identified As Truck Driver Killed In Midlothian Crash

MIDLOTHIAN (CBSDFW.COM) —Midlothian police say an 18-year-old Morgan resident was the truck driver killed in a fiery crash on Highway 287 on Friday.
The truck Garrett Blake Tolliver was driving was hit head-on by a suspect driving what police said was a stolen van. The suspect was also killed. There is no word on the suspect's identity at this time, Midlothian police said.
Investigators said Friday the suspect stole the vehicle in Waxahachie and drove toward Midlothian. Police were chasing the van at the time of the crash. The license plate traced back to a painting company in Richardson.
