1 driver dead in multi-vehicle accident off Loop 12
DALLAS - One driver is dead after a multi-vehicle accident on southbound Walton Walker Blvd. late Monday afternoon.
According to the Dallas Police Department, at about 3:45 p.m., officers were called to an accident call at southbound Loop 12 and Singleton Blvd.
According to a witness, the driver ended up careening off the bridge onto the road below the highway.
"We were at the red light waiting for it to turn, when I heard brakes, and then I saw the car go flying off the freeway," the witness told CBS News Texas.
Dallas police call it a multi-vehicle accident that caused the death of a driver. Th investigation is ongoing.
