1 Killed In Oakland Friday-Night Shooting

OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- Police in Oakland are investigating a Friday night shooting that left one person dead.

Officers responded at 11:02 p.m. to the 3200 block of East 16th Street on a report of a shooting.

Police said the victim was with two other people when someone started shooting at them.

One of the victims was shot and later died at the hospital.

Police said three suspects fled the area, and two were later located and detained for questioning.
