One Dead, Three Wounded In San Francisco Shooting

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – One man was dead and three others wounded in an early morning shooting in San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood, authorities said.

San Francisco police said the shooting took place in the area of Jones and Ellis Streets at around 1 a.m.

A male victim, whose name is not yet being released by the medical examiner's office, died in the shooting. A 59-year-old man, 49-year-old woman and 53-year-old man suffered gunshot wounds to the leg and foot but are expected to survive, police said.

No arrests have been made in the shooting and police did not immediately release any information about a possible suspect or motive in the case.
