Man Dies Saturday Evening In SF SoMa Shooting

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- A man died in a shooting Saturday evening in San Francisco's South of Market neighborhood, police said.

The shooting occurred at about 5:50 p.m. at Sixth and Natoma streets. Officers responded to that location where they found a man in his 20s suffering from a gunshot wound.

The man was taken to a hospital where he died, according to police.

No arrests or suspect information is available. Anyone with information about the shooting is being asked to call the Police Department's anonymous tip line at (415) 575-4445 or text a tip to TIP411 and start the message with SFPD.
