For Halloween, Google Plus Gives Selfies Spooky Effects

MOUNTAIN VIEW (CBS SF) – Google+ has unveiled a new feature that gives your selfies a terrifying twist this Halloween.

The tool, called #Halloweenify, lets users upload their photos and gives them either a spooky or fun effect.

KPIX 5 reporters Veronica De La Cruz, Cate Caugurian and Elizabeth Cook tried out one of the spooky effects in an animated .gif.
