Fast-Moving Vacaville Wildfire That Threatened Homes Fully Contained

VACAVILLE (CBS/AP) -- Officials say a wildfire that might have been started by fireworks and burned more than 320 acres while threatening homes in Vacaville is 100 percent contained.

Vacaville spokesman Mark Mazzaferro says the fire started Saturday night and embers quickly spread by winds that gusted to 40 mph.

About 125 people left their homes in voluntary evacuations. Several homes were threatened, but no structures were burned.

A crew of at least 130 firefighters battled the blaze throughout the night.

Mazzaferro says the fire could have been started by fireworks.
