Explosion Rocks ExxonMobil Refinery Near LA, Ash Cloud Falls Over Torrance
LOS ANGELES (CBS SF) - Torrance Fire Department crews Wednesday were responding to a report of an explosion at the ExxonMobil Refinery in Torrance.
When crews arrived on scene they found evidence of an explosion and a small ground fire, which firefighters quickly extinguished. On social media, people snapped photos of flaring at the site, and ash raining from the sky, reporting:
