EXCLUSIVE: The Interview's Seth Rogen Foreshadows North Korean Hackers Attacking Sony's Servers In Advance Of Movie's Release

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Sometimes, the truth is stranger than fiction, and when comedian Seth Rogen joked about North Korean hackers breaking into Sony in advance of "The Interview" being released, his "theory" turned out to be dangerously accurate.

On Tuesday, theater owners and Sony announced the company would be showing the movie on Christmas Day after all, despite threats of terror attacks.  FULL STORY OF SONY'S RELEASE

In the red carpet interview at San Francisco's Castro  Theater on November 18th, Rogen told CBS SF's Liam Mayclem, "We've been told there's a good chance North Korean hackers have already downloaded it from the Sony servers and watched the movie, so he [Kim Jong un] may have seen it already."

He also added that the North Koreans owe them  $14 for a movie ticket.
