By Jon Wiederhorn

(RADIO.COM) – One of the most incendiary moments of Prophets of Rage's August 24 concert in Toronto came when Dave Grohl joined the band to perform a cover of the MC5 classic "Kick Out the Jams."

The band, which features members of Rage Against The Machine, Public Enemy and Cypress Hill was playing at the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre in Toronto when Grohl stepped onstage at the encore to sing the 1969 protest song, which begins with the legendary spoken line, "Right now it's time to kick out the jams, motherf—er!"

Prophets Of Rage will release their debut EP The Party's Over Friday, August 26th. The release features the title track, the previously released "Prophets of Rage" and live versions of "Killing In The Name Of," "Shut Em Down and "No Sleep Til Cleveland."

The band's Make America Great Again Tour runs through the Bay Area on Tuesday, September 13th at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View.
