Consensual Sex App 'Good2Go' Pulled From Apple Store
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Apple has pulled a consensual sex app off the market.
Good2Go prompted those considering sex to go on record with both their willingness and their sobriety level.
The app was in response to a bill Governor Jerry Brown signed making California the first state to require "affirmative, conscious and voluntary agreement to engage in sexual activity" on college campuses and adopt requirements for colleges to follow when investigating sexual assault reports.
After Apple pulled the app from their online store, Good2Go creator Lee Ann Allman told Slate that they decided to remove the app from Google's app store, and shut down its website.
