5 People Found Dead In Modesto Home

MODESTO (CBS SF) -- Five people were found dead in a home in Modesto.

Police discovered the gruesome scene at a home in the 2600 Block of Nob Hill Court.

A friend of the people who live there called Modesto Police Department and asked them to do a welfare check at the home.

When officers arrive they found five victims dead. None of them was transported to the hospital.

Reports are still early. The manner of death is unknown, and it is not clear if a suspect is among the dead, or at-large. The names, ages and sex of the victims have not been released.
