Woman Caught With Heroin Stuffed In Pants At U.S.-Mexico Border

NOGALES, ARIZ, (CBS13) — A woman tried to stroll across the border with around $45,000 of heroin strapped to her backside, according to the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol.

The unidentified 47-year-old from Nogales, Arizona, had tried to enter the country through the pedestrian lanes, but she was put aside for further inspection.

Officers found deep in the jeans she was wearing a stash of nearly three pounds of heroin valued at around $45,000.
