Three Hurt When Man Falls From ASU Auditorium Balcony

PHOENIX (AP) — Authorities say three people are recovering from non-life threatening injuries after a man fell from a balcony during a performance at an auditorium on the Arizona State University campus.

KSAZ-TV (http://bit.ly/2fCrFmv ) reports someone seated in the second-floor balcony of the Grady Gammage Auditorium stepped over a wall making his way to the restroom Sunday afternoon and fell onto three people seated on the first floor. Tempe fire officials say all three were taken to a hospital, two with serious injuries and one with minor injuries.

ASU police say the man did not realize that there was nothing on the other side of the wall.
