Kings Waive Henderson, Hunter

by Russell Preston, KHTK Sacramento

According to Kings.com, the Sacramento Kings have waived Marshall Henderson and Vince Hunter from the team.

Henderson and Hunter will have the option to stay in the Kings organization with the Reno Bighorns, as the NBA allows the last three roster cuts before the season to be signed with the team's D-League team.

The move cuts the roster size down to 16, with 14 of those players guaranteed a spot on the team. Both David Stockton and Eric Moreland remain fighting for the final roster spot.
