5 p.m. UPDATE: Sacramento Police say an Asian male was found dead in the road on Cookingham Way.
No suspects have been identified.

NORTH SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — One person is dead after a shooting on North Sacramento on Friday.
The shooting happened around 3 p.m. on Friday afternoon on the 200 block of Cookingham Way.
Sacramento Police have closed Cookingham Way entirely and have also closed Olmsted between Fairbanks and Barton Way.
