Body Found In Sacramento River Near I Street Bridge
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A body has been found in the Sacramento River near the I Street Bridge.
Sacramento police spokesman Sgt. Andrew Petit described the body as a male Caucasian between 30 to 40 years old.
The body was discovered near old, broken dock supports by someone walking in the area. They alerted a downtown guide who contacted authorities.
Sacramento Fire Department rescue personnel got the body out of the water, and now police are investigating the man's death.
