Former Sacramento Police K9 Bodie To Be Laid To Rest

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The public can pay respects on Monday to Sacramento police K9 Bodie, who died last week.

Bodie will be laid to rest at Sierra Hills Pet Cemetery in Sacramento this afternoon.

There will be a viewing starting at 3 p.m., followed by a graveside service an hour later.

Doctors diagnosed Bodie with a bacterial infection and a tumor after falling ill unexpectedly last week. Bodie survived being shot in the line of duty four years ago.
