Local Police Ask For Public's Help Solving Thefts From Unlocked Vehicles

WHITE OAK (KDKA) - Police are asking the public for help solving recent thefts from unlocked vehicles.

On Facebook, the White Oak Police Department says they're looking for video surveillance footage or pictures from the morning of July 26, between 1 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.

They say they've caught two individuals involved in stealing from unlocked cars, but they believe more people may be involved.

According to the post, the "McKeesport side" of the borough is where they're receiving the most reports.

Anyone with footage is asked to call or send it via private message.
