Carrick Church Gives Out School Supplies, Over 1,000 Meals To Families

CARRICK (KDKA) -- South Pittsburgh Catholic volunteers donated over 1,000 free meals to families at St. Basil Church Sunday.

School supply kits were also given to children. The drive started at noon on Brownsville Road in front of the church, and volunteers told KDKA during the event that meals were going quickly.

If you want one of the meals, you may need to get there soon. I'm told they are going fast. @KDKA
