Police say the victim, 24-year-old Hasan Ishmael Abdul-Rabb, drove from McKeesport to South Oakland in a rented car to allegedly make a drug buy.

But when Craighead and Dowling got in the victim's car in the 3200 block of Ward Street, authorities say Craighead allegedly pulled out a revolver and shot Abdul-Rabb before he and Dowling fled in the victim's car.

KDKA's Christine D'Antonio Reports:

Police say they not only have surveillance video of the events leading up to the shooting, but of the the actual shooting itself, and the suspects' flight from the scene.
