Pittsburgh Ranked Best Downtown by Livability.com
PITTSBURGH (KDKA)- Livability.com has ranked Pittsburgh as the best downtown in America.
The website's editors say they looked at small to mid-sized cities and took house values and populations into consideration.
Pittsburgh topped the list because of its walkable neighborhoods and abundant cultural amenities. It also got high marks for a high number of new homeowners and access to riverfront trails and greenspace.
