2 Pennsylvania Lawmakers Plan To Introduce Heartbeat Bill

HARRISBURG, Pa. (KDKA) -- Two Pennsylvania lawmakers hope to make some abortions illegal in the state.

Republican Senators Doug Mastriano and Stephanie Borowicz of Central Pennsylvania plan to propose legislation that forbids doctors from performing an abortion if a fetal heartbeat is detected.

Governor Tom Wolf does not support the bill.
