Penguins Announce Matt Murray Will Start Game 4

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The Pittsburgh Penguins will make a change in goal for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Final.

Head coach Mike Sullivan announced that Matt Murray will be in goal when the puck drops Friday night.

The change comes after Marc-Andre Fleury was pulled in Game 4. As a whole, the Penguins got off to a poor start in the game and Fleury allowed four goals on nine shots.

Murray stopped 19 shots in relief as the Penguins fell 5-1.

KDKA's Rich Walsh Reports --

It was Murray's first appearance in the playoffs after sustaining a lower-body injury prior to Game 1 of the opening round series against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
