Multi-Vehicle Crash Closes Section Of Parkway East

OAKLAND (KDKA) – A four-vehicle crash has shut down the Parkway East near Oakland.

According to officials, the crash happened on the westbound side of the highway near Bates Street in Oakland.

As a result of the crash, a car is trapped under a tanker truck.

All westbound lanes are closed between the Glenwood and Boulevard of the Allies exits.

Motorists are being asked to find alternate routes.
