Man Arrested, Facing Home Improvement Fraud Charges

KISKI TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A man is in custody after police say he scammed an elderly resident out of $16,000.

Kiski Township Police say David Patton was paid for construction last fall, but took the money for the work and never completed the project.

Patton is being charged with home improvement fraud.
