Ed Bouchette: Secondary Receivers Are A Big Issue

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) – 93-7 The Fan Steelers insider and Post-Gazette reporter Ed Bouchette joined "The Fan Morning Show" Monday to break down the Steelers' blowout loss to the Browns.

Bouchette said some of Sunday's offensive problems fall on Ben Roethlisberger. However, his lack of legitimate wide receiver threats is also a glaring problem.

"[Roethlisberger] was not very accurate yesterday, but his receivers didn't help him," Bouchette said. "I mean, I don't know why they were throwing 11 times to Marcus Wheaton. After Antonio Brown, do they have any receivers? That's a question they have to start asking because they did not provide him with any. Martavis Bryant still can't suit up. Maybe it's time to get Darrius Heyward-Bey out of the special teams and put Martavis Bryant into that offense to at least see if he can provide a spark. He's looked good in practices. What do they have to lose? They might not score? They're not scoring now."

Bouchette joins "The Fan Morning Show" on mornings after Steelers games at 8 a.m.
