PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Someone in Philadelphia is $3 million richer after buying a winning scratch-off ticket. The winning ticket was sold at the Acme grocery store on Snyder Avenue.
The game is called "My Three Million" and is worth $30 a ticket. The player won the top prize.
The Acme will get $10,000 for selling the winning ticket.
The winner has one year to claim their prize.
