Water Main Break Shuts Down Intersection In Old City

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- An intersection in Old City is closed due to a water main break. Crews were called out to the water main break on 3rd and Arch Streets, around 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Reports say when crews arrived, water was coming from the ground.
The intersection is closed off and there is no word on how many people may be affected.
