Seahawks Are The Favorite To Repeat As Super Bowl Champions

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The 2013-14 Seahawks are one of the youngest teams to ever win a Super Bowl. That's just one of the reasons that the oddsmakers say they're likely to repeat.

The Seahawks are the favorite to win Super Bowl XLIX, according to Bovada, at 9/2 odds. They're followed by the division-mate 49ers at 15/2. The 49ers narrowly lost to the Seahawks in this year's NFC Conference Championship game, on an interception in the closing seconds by cornerback Richard Sherman.

The Broncos and 49ers opened up this season as co-favorites to win Super Bowl XLVIII.

The Denver Broncos follow at third most likely at 8/1, the New England Patriots at 14/1, and the Packers at 16/1.

The Eagles are tied for 7th most likely, at 25/1 odds to win Super Bowl XLIX.

The longest shot of the bunch is the Jacksonville Jaguars, at 100/1.
