Residents Frustrated After Vandals Smash Several Car Windows In Northern Liberties

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Residents in Northern Liberties are angry and frustrated after vandals smashed several car windows. Over the past two days, multiple cars and trucks have been targeted on Richmond Street, North 3rd Street, and Front Street.

Police are asking residents to keep an eye out for any unusual activity and to keep doors locked and valuables out of view.
