Police: Man Who Exposed Himself To Female Jogger Turns Himself In

WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) – According to police, a suspect wanted for flashing a female jogger in Brandywine Park over the weekend has turned himself in after being identified in a photograph released by the police department. (See Previous Story)

Nicholas Saienni turned himself in Wednesday afternoon after investigators contacted him.

An investigation began April 12 when a female jogger was flashed by a male in running attire. The victim took a picture of the suspect and turned it over to authorities.

Police then distributed the picture and received numerous tips that identified Saienni as the suspect.

Futher investigation implicated Saienni as the suspect in a September 25, 2013  flashing incident in which he allegedly exposed himself to a passing female jogger, also in Brandywine Park.

He has been charged with two counts of indecent exposure and was released on $2,000 unsecured bond.
