Numerous Construction Projects Congest Weekend Traffic In Center City

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- If you're driving in Center City Philadelphia today, watch out for crane lifts. They'll be closing a number of streets. Construction projects will also close a major route into the city.
Lincoln Drive will be closed all day for maintenance, after a tough winter pounded the road.
At the same time, one southbound lane of Kelly Drive near the boathouses will be closed for guardrail maintenance.
But perhaps the biggest headache will be all those cranes blocking Center City streets, including 1700 Locust, 1300 Chestnut, 3100 Market, 1500 Spring Garden and 18th Street for a block south of Market Street.
Another one Sunday will block 19th Street for the block North of Market.
