Police: Man Exposed Himself, Performed Lewd Act Inside Chester County Library
CHESTER COUNTY, Pa. (CBS)—Police in Chester County are searching for a man they say exposed himself to a woman and performed a lewd act inside the library last week.
It happened on March 8 around 6:55 p.m. at the Chester County Library in Exton.
A woman described the suspect as a white man with a beard.
Police say he was seen wearing a black shirt and hat and carrying an article of clothing.
