Police: Man Groped 13-Year-Old Girl At Target

BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS) —Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who they say groped a 13-year-old girl inside a Target store in Bucks County on Wednesday.
The alleged incident took place on Rockhill Drive.
The man reportedly walked up to the girl from behind and allegedly groped her.
