Man Charged With Criminal Sexual Contact For Allegedly Touching Girl In Line At Amusement Park

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, N.J., (CBS) -- Jackson Township Police and the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office announced the arrest of Ronnie U. Lacy on Tuesday. Lacy, 21, has been charged with Criminal Sexual Contact and Endangering the Welfare of a Child stemming from an incident that took place at Six Flags Great Adventure over the weekend.

According to police, Lacy made contact with a 13-year-old girl while standing behind her in line for the park's Batman Ride on Sunday, August 30.

Officials say the investigation began as a result of a report made the girl as well as witnesses in line.
