Man Arrested, Charged In Stabbing Death Of Bensalem Man

BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS) -- Police have arrested and charged a man in the stabbing death of another man in Bensalem early Sunday morning.

The incident happened around 2:30 a.m. at a home along the 1100 block of Kasmir Avenue in Bensalem Township.

Police say an unidentified 19-year-old man was found dead from an apparent stab wound to his upper body.

19-year-old Joseph Romano, who was at the residence when police arrived, was taken into custody and charged with homicide and related offenses.

He was arraigned and sent to Bucks County Prison with no bail.

Investigators did not immediately release the name of the victim or a motive for the stabbing.
