Delaware State Police Search For Man Who Robbed Wilmington Bank

WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) - State police are searching for the man who robbed a bank in Wilmington, Delaware.

It happened shortly after 1 p.m. Friday at Wells Fargo Bank along the 800 block of Philadelphia Pike.

Police say the suspect approached the teller and handed her a note demanding cash. The teller turned over an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspect fled.

Authorities say the suspect is described as a white male between 5 feet 9 inches tall and 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 150 to 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green jacket and jeans.

Police say no one was injured during the robbery.
