1 dead after crash on Atlantic City Expressway in Hamilton Township, New Jersey, police say

1 dead after car strikes tollbooth on the Atlantic City Expressway in New Jersey

One person died in a crash on the Atlantic City Expressway in Hamilton Township Thursday night, New Jersey State Police said.

The car crashed into a tollbooth in the westbound lanes and caught fire, police said.

New Jersey State Police are at the scene. Two of the toll lanes are closed because of the crash, but traffic is getting through, according to police.
