A New App That Can Choose The Right Wine For You

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Choosing the right bottle of wine can be a daunting task. The choices are endless.

Now, there's a new app that can help you out.

The free app is called Wine Ring. Once the app learns your preferences, it can then predict what you'll like.

You can even take a picture of the label, or type in the name, to access a database full of information on 100,000 different wines.

"No one knows them all. Only technology can know them all," said Pam Dillon, CEO and Co-Founder of Wine Ring.

There are plenty of other wine apps out there, but Wine Ring claims to be the only one that is powered by user's tastes.
