3 Yankees Minor League Pitchers Suspended For Drug Tests

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) — Three New York Yankees pitchers in the Dominican Summer League have been suspended 72 games each for positive tests under baseball's minor league drug program.

Anderson Acevedo, Anthoniris Santana and Carlos Santana all tested positive for metabolites of Stanozolol, the commissioner's office said Wednesday.

There have been 72 suspensions this year under the minor league drug program.

Mets reliever Jenrry Mejia was suspended on Tuesday.
