NYPD: Suspects Assaulted, Yelled Racial Slurs At Victim In Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- New York police are looking for two suspects accused of assaulting and yelling racial slurs at a man in Brooklyn.

Police say that on July 19 around 4:55 a.m., two white men approached a 25-year-old male victim in the area of Leonard Street and Jackson Street and reportedly spewed racial slurs. The suspects then allegedly knocked the victim off of his bicycle and repeatedly punched and kicked him causing a contusion to his right eye.

The victim was taken to Woodhull Hospital where he was treated for his injuries.
