Police Search For Burglar Who Targeted Ozone Park, Queens Apartments

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Thursday were searching for a burglar who struck apartments in Ozone Park, Queens.

Around 10:30 a.m. this past Monday, the suspect entered an apartment near 92nd Street at 107th Avenue in Queens through a basement window and made off with an iPad, a Nike duffel bag, and about $150, police said.

Just before noon Monday, the suspect entered another apartment at the same location through the apartment window and took an iPad and about $650, police said. The suspect then left through a side door, which the owner found unlocked upon returning, police said.

Police said the suspect was about 6 feet tall.
