NYPD: Brooklyn Man Shot In Leg, Torso In Bushwick

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is looking for a suspect in connection to a shooting attack in Brooklyn Monday night.

According to police, the suspect began shooting at the 25-year-old victim as he was standing outside of a building at 169 Howard Avenue in Bushwick at around 8:30 p.m.

The suspect then chased the victim down Howard Avenue and continued to fire his weapon, police said.

The victim received multiple wounds to his torso and left leg, according to police. He was taken to Brookdale Hospital and is listed in stable condition, police said.

According to police, the victim was last seen wearing all-black clothing and an American flag bandana over his face.
