NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A tourist was attacked by a man with a plank of wood right near Grand Central Terminal Saturday.

The 51-year-old victim could be seen on a stretcher with a bloody face and an apparent broken nose.

Police said a homeless man attacked the tourist outside Grand Hyatt Hotel on 42nd Street early in the morning.
