10/31 CBS2 Halloween Morning Weather Headlines

Good Monday morning & Happy Halloween everybody! Feeling a spooky chill out there with ghostly breezes...Feeling like the 20s & 30s! We'll only warm up to a high of 53 in NYC...more than 20 degrees colder than yesterday!

The good news is that we stay clear & dry all day...so if you plan to go trick-or-treating with the kids, or go to a Halloween party tonight, you won't have to worry about rain...but dress warmly as temps will drop into the 40s!

Weather looks great through mid-week with dry conditions through Thursday morning. We'll warm back up into the upper 60s Wednesday and some low 70s Thursday.
