Cops Seek Suspects In Pattern Of Robberies At Small Businesses Across Brooklyn And Queens

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD has asked the public for help in identifying the suspects wanted in connection with a citywide robbery pattern.

The robberies began on Sunday, January 19 at the Choo Choo laundry on East 102 Street in Brooklyn. The most recent incident occurred early Tuesday morning, at the Megawash Laundry on Merrick Boulevard in Jamaica.

Other incidents took place across Brooklyn at the following small businesses.

  • February 12, at 12:48 a.m. at the Kennedy Fried Chicken on Ave D in Brooklyn
  • February 13, at 2:29 a.m. at the Atlantas Super Wash Center on Coney Island Ave in Brooklyn
  • February 16, at 3:50 a.m. at the Ultra Wash Laundry on Stone Ave in Brooklyn
  • February 18, at 2:15 a.m. at the Ryanna Laundry on Ave D in Brooklyn
  • February 18, at 2:53 a.m. at the Clean World Laundry on Flatbush Ave in Brooklyn
  • February 20, at 2:25 a.m. at the Crown Grilled Chicken on Cortelyou Road in Brooklyn
  • February 20, at 4:40 a.m. at the Dexter Express Laundry in Brooklyn

In all of these incidents the suspects wore ski mask and gloves and were armed with a gun, they took money from the register as well as any customers. No injuries were reported.

All three of the suspects have been described as black males.
