Man Charged With Exposing Himself On D Train In Southern Brooklyn
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A man was arrested and charged Friday with exposing himself and performing a lewd act on a subway train in southern Brooklyn.
Police said the suspect was seen exposing his penis and acting lewdly around 4:35 p.m. Saturday on the southbound D Train at the Bay Parkway station, on the cusp of Bensonhurst and Bath Beach, Brooklyn.
Police released a photo of a man believed to be the suspect.
Confessor Pagan of Queens was charged in the incident Friday, police said.
