JFK Bound Flight Makes Emergency Landing At London's Heathrow Airport

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- A cracked windshield on a Boeing 767 forced an emergency landing at London's Heathrow Airport.

American Airlines Flight 119 was heading to JFK from Milan when the incident happened on Saturday morning.

No one on board was injured. All 183 passengers were placed on another flight to New York City.

Maintenance crews will investigate how the airplane's windshield cracked.
